We start from a proven framework but always tailor the program precisely to your company and your current level.
We start with leadership. You get an up-to-date overview of the AI landscape today—and what it can realistically mean for your business and industry. We address the most important choices and pitfalls (data, “shadow AI,” quality, and accountability), and we create a shared language so you can prioritize and decide next steps quickly.
Next, we map your reality: how AI is used today (if you already use AI), what workflows and processes look like, and where the real potential is greatest. We typically do this through a survey combined with interviews with key stakeholders. The result is a prioritized list of use cases (quick wins + strategic tracks) and a clear picture of prerequisites and risks.
Based on the analysis, we align with leadership on the ambition level: what should AI move in the next 3–6 months—and in 12 months? We then translate the ambition into Roadmap v0: a clear roadmap and activity menu outlining training, governance, ownership, use cases, and a simple leadership cadence. Roadmap v0 is a strong starting point—and is refined after the AI program.
Now we build momentum. The AI Starter Pack is your tailored starter kit based on the analysis: the right tools and working principles, simple AI guidelines (what you can do / what you must not do), plus concrete templates and use cases that create impact immediately. The AI Training is hands-on training in your real tasks and roles, so AI is used with quality—and not only by a few. We also identify and train AI Champions who can help carry the practice forward internally.
Once skills and the first use cases are running, we update the plan to Roadmap v1: activities, priorities, and cadence are now grounded in what works in practice. Operationalization is about operations and continuity: ongoing training (optionally level-based), steering group / leadership briefs, projects/hackathons, support for AI Champions, and follow-up on adoption—so AI becomes a stable way of working that evolves over time.
AI adoption takes time and is a change management challenge—because it changes how people work, and because the tools evolve continuously. The first gains often come quickly: less time spent on selected task types and stronger quality in deliverables.
